Jassi Sidhu will be one of the star attractions at the Big Day Out Gravesham Festival this year. He will be joined by the likes of tribute acts like Glee Club, the JLS Experience as well as the 1980’s chart topping act Dr and the Medics. Jassi will be on stage by the Riverside at around 6.30pm with his live band.
Jassi will be performing from his own top selling album “Singing Between the Lines” which topped the World Music Charts on I Tunes as well as being the top selling bhangra album of 2011.
Jassi Sidhu commented “I am very looking forward to coming and performing in Gravesend. I always get a good reception there. One of the things I like about performing at the Big Day Out is the fact that the audience is very diverse which allows me to showcase case my music to a much wider audience than I would normally be able to.”
According to Gurvinder Sandher the Artistic Director of Cohesion Plus “The Big Day Out has truly developed over the past few years into one of the biggest culturally diverse festivals in Kent. I am very grateful for the on-going commitment and support of Gravesham Borough Council to enable the festival to evolve and grow. The festival is one of the highlights of the festival calendar in Kent.”
