There will also be a performance by opera singer Thomas Snell from the London Chinese Opera Studio at the Bandstand in Fremlin Walk.
Gurvinder Sandher the Artistic Director of Cohesion Plus commented “We are delighted to be working with the Maidstone Cultural Group on the Chinese New Year celebrations. It is important that events like this take place in Maidstone, bringing people together through the arts and celebrating different cultures which make up the local community. The event returns after an absence of 2 years and we hope that the community will come out and support it.”
